Some of our services, for example Learner's Licence Test Bookings, are applicable to those aged 16 and above. In these cases, where you do not have the appropriate legal capacity to enter into a contract, please ensure that your adult guardian completes the purchase. We cannot guarantee the conditions of the booking locations as these sites are operated by the local government. If you attend your booking and find that you are unable to complete your appointment due to circumstances outside of your control (e.g. no electricity), we will rebook for you free of charge.
In general we aim to be fair about refunds. If we cannot complete a booking within 21 days then you will be entitled to request a refund. If you attend your booking and find e.g. the location does not have power, we will rebook for you free of charge. We do not generally issue refunds if you or somebody else completed a booking on your behalf, because that would make performance impossible at your discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund you in our sole discretion. For instance, we might do this if you provide inaccurate or problematic information. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), maybe transferred unencrypted at some points during processing. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or copy this Service. You agree not circumvent your level of authorisation or access to this website and back-end services.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. In particular, where we provide maps or directions of locations for your bookings, this is made available on a best-effort basis for your convenience. You must always double-check the information as the government can and will change it without notice. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. As our transactions are once-off in nature, we reserve the right to change pricing at any point in time, without notification. The correct price is the price displayed at the point of purchase.
